You may NOT use my art and/or characters for RPGs or anything of the sort. The only exception is if it's an artwork made specifically for you.

The terms below apply to linearts and bases ONLY.

My premade linearts are the only works in my gallery that can be used to sell designs or recolors for profit. Commercial uses (for merch, products, prints and etc) are granted upon request and purchase of a license from me. Contact me for more information.

You are allowed to trace these lines digitally or traditionally, with credit as described above.

I do NOT provide refunds for paid linearts and bases under any circumstances. It's your responsibility to review the provided information before purchase and verify file compatibilities of whichever image editing programs you use.

For paid bases and linearts, the prices may be subject to change without notice at any moment. You will not be charged again if you have bought it for a lower price before the change.

The terms below apply to Character designs and similar custom made creations ONLY.

You have full ownership of the design once sold or acquired. I as the creator retain the right to share the artwork I created and to receive credit for its creation.

You may resell or repurpose of the design as you see fit, including for copyrighted content upon previous agreement and payment of a fee.

Full ownership DOES NOT allow you to use the design and artwork created by me for AI, NFTs and similar.

You are allowed to change and redesign as you see fit, preferably in a way that it's still recognizable.

You may NOT edit the original artwork delivered by me further than resizing, flipping and cropping.

Don't claim the artwork as your own, or edit or remove my watermark in any way.

If you want to commission me, these terms will apply to you.

These terms are subject to change at my discretion, at any time, with or without warning. I recommend checking this page each time you commission me for that reason.

By ordering any type or work from me, you are agreeing with the terms described below.

Any violation of my terms of use will result in blacklisting and restriction from future commissions.

I will not provide unwatermarked versions of any works, commissioned or not. The only exception is for commercial use pieces (such as logos, etc).

I reserve the rights of the commissioned artwork and may post it in any of my social media. (If you don't feel confortable with that please state so and I will refrain from posting).

My primary payment form is USD, via paypal ONLY. I require a valid paypal email for the invoice to be sent.

I do not haggle, and any possible discounts are provided at my discretion.

If the commissioner cancels their commission I will give a refund proportional to the progress of the picture.

Refunds are not applicable after the commission is done, no exceptions.

If I can't complete your commission due to personal reasons, I will provide a full refund.

I will only start the commission after full payment is received.

You will receive a sketch for approval within a few days. Any major changes to pose, expression details or background should be done at this stage.

After the sketch is approved I'll work on your commission, you can request updates and screenshots at anytime.

Turn-up time is usually 3 to 5 weeks*, thought that time is very flexible depending on my disponibility.

*Full background commissions will take longer due to their complexity, turn-up time for those is usually 6 to 10 weeks from payment day.

Once the commission is done you will receive the full resolution picture in .png format, with my watermark visible.

My commissions are entirely digital (no physical products will be mailed), and for personal, exclusively non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.

I WILL NOT provide: the work files (.psd or .sai), unwatermarked versions or physical prints.

All base prices refer to a lined and flat-colored piece, except when stated otherwise.

Keep in mind that the prices listed may increase with your order's complexity. Such as winged characters, detailed landscapes and complex accessories or details.

For an aditional character, double the price of a single character. (Note that bg add ons are not doubled) Example: A shaded crayon style bust of 2 characters would be 15 usd *2, a total of 30 usd.

An specific backdrop featuring hand drawn silhouettes or items counts as 'texture' bg. However a single color circle is free of charge to a drawing that has transparent bg.
